Beer

There is really nothing quite like the satisfaction that comes from brewing your own beer.

A lot of people are surprised that we brew our own beer. And they're equally as surprised when they realize it tastes great, packs a punch, and costs so little!

But what surprises me, is that more people don't brew beer at home.

I'm not going to get into the details (mostly because I don't want to spoil all the fun of you realizing just how incredibly easy it is) but I will tell you that for about $30 (plus initial equipment cost) you'll end up with about 60 delicious beer.

Go to your local brew shop, invest in the necessary equipment, start saving bottles, buy yourself a beer kit, and start brewing! You'll never look back.

  1. oo! what kind of beer did you make? also, for that price, you must have made an all-grain beer? (no dry malt extract, etc).

  2. yea we always do all-grain. we started out using BrewHouse kits which were $30, and now we're on to FestaBrew which can get a little pricier. Our favourite double oatmeal stout is $40.

the first picture is a stout, and the bottom picture is bock, which I've never even heard of before but it's really good.
