This is my first real knitting project.
I got a few strange looks when I said I was knitting a rug. I still wonder why that was...
It didn't take too long, looks great, and is unbelievably soft to walk on. I will definitely make another one.
excuse the dirt, it's been in use for a few months now
I am still a novice knitter, and have no idea how to explain this any other way, except that it's like 3 long scarves sewn together. Then stitched it to a non-slip rubber mat.
Next knitting project: an afghan!
